We offer numerous Service Options and Programs, many of which carry a Guarantee.

We will always tailor our service to your particular needs and Concerns to insure you receive the best service possible at an affordable price.

In the same way your home is different than that of your friends and family, your pest control needs may be different. We will always take the time to evaluate your situation and service your home individually. There are no “Cookie Cutter” services performed by A.B. Wildlife.

Basic Pest Control Services

General Pest Control: is the basis of all of our programs and is the best place to start to have a pest free home. We will inspect and treat your entire home inside and out. Inside you will see us treat all exterior wall, basement walls top and bottom, exterior doors, windows, pipe chases, kitchen and laundry areas, and the garage. Outside we will treat around doors and windows, foundation walls, siding seams, porches and overhangs less than 10 feet high. If desired, any additional services we offer may be added at a greatly discounted rate. Unless otherwise indicated by a company representative, this service carries a 30 day guarantee.

Quarterly General: is the same as the General Pest Control performed four times a year. If the service schedule is maintained, and recommendations are followed, we offer a full year guarantee, at a reduced price after the initial service.

Exterior Treatment: Stop outside invaders before they can get inside your home. Using a high pressure, high volume Power Sprayer, we treat the entire perimeter of your home 10 feet out into the lawn, the foundation walls, around all doors and windows, sofits, overhangs, siding seems, underside of decks, shrubs, and landscaping within the treatment area. There is no guarantee offered with this service without an initial inside treatment.

3 and 1 Program: Our most popular service. This is a quarterly service beginning with a General Pest Control Service. Following the initial service we do three exterior treatments per year, Spring, Summer, and Fall, and one inside service in the Winter. If the service schedule is maintained and recommendations are followed we offer a Full Year Guarantee at a reduced price. The Major Advantages of the 3 and 1 Program are: You maintain a large exterior barrier when insects are the most active, and, You Don’t Have to be Home. The three outside services can be done without you needing to take time from work or change your schedule in any way.

3 and 1 PLUS Program: Is the same as the 3 and 1 program with the addition of treating the basement and garage and inside spot treatment each time your service is performed. If the service schedule is maintained and recommendations are followed we offer a Full Year Guarantee at a reduced price. However, each treatment must be scheduled to allow access to the inside of your home.

Prescription Treatments

Prescription treatments are services designed to target specific pest species. Our recommendations may be as simple as performing a General Pest Control service or Exterior Treatment or as complex as a total clean out requiring you to be out of the house for several hours. In most cases, some level of guarantee is offered but may require follow up services. Services Include but are not limited to:

Pest Control Guarantee

Any one-time treatment guarantee offered by A.B. Wildlife is contingent upon the acceptance of additional services or follow-ups recommended by a company representative.

Pest Control Program guarantees are contingent upon maintenance of a service agreement and following the recommendations made by company representatives. Skipping quarterly services, refusing recommended follow up services, or failing to follow recommendations on sanitation, or landscaping changes will void previously offered guarantees. In some cases additional charges may be added to catch up on missed services to maintain program guarantees.

No payments will be returned or refunded. Any Guarantee will be fulfilled by A.B. Wildlife in form of re-treat or spot treat services.
